Shirt size is determined by measuring bust size as instructed below, then choosing shirt size from the Shirt Size table:

1. Wrap measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of chest (bust without bra);
2. Breathe in;
3. Round to the nearest whole number (inch)
   • Round up if a tighter fit is desired;
   • Round down if a looser fit is desired;
4. Choose the corresponding shirt size from table below.

Undershirt size is determined by measuring bust size as instructed below, then choosing size from the Undershirt Size table:

Tomboy Boxer size is determined by measuring hip circumference then selecting the corresponding boxer size from the Boxer Size Chart table below.

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. Metrogir will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Boxers are final sale for hygienic reasons.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us using this Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please include the reason you wish to return the item.

Please note:

• If the return is due to an error by Metro Gir, and the item meets the criteria for return stated above, we will email a pre-paid shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for use in returning the item by mail.
• If the return is due to an otherwise avoidable customer error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In this case, Metro Gir will email a return shipping label/RMA form.

Upon receipt, inspection and confirmation that the returned item qualifies for return, your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund eligibility is confirmed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your credit card account.

Exchanges are processed in two transactions as follows:

1. Return the item using the return procedure outlined above. The refund for the returned item will be processed in accordance with the outlined policy.
2. Place an order for the desired replacement item. This will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged.
3. The return credit and new order transactions will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

You may cancel an order any time before the order is shipped. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policies will apply.

Metrogir may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
